MESSAGE

Marine litter is an increasingly serious problem worldwide.
It is estimated that about 80% of marine litter comes from land (cities),
and trash pickup is the "last defense" against this problem.

For the first time, we will be holding the " SPOGOMI" World Cup,
a sport originating in Japan that combines trash pickup and a sport.

This was the first world championship
in which heated competition
took place in countries
all over the world.

The event connected people from country to country

and from person to person,

and further spread the circle of activism around the world.

Although the competition ended
with many cheers and smiles,
SPOGOMI's activities have no end in sight.
The stage will continue into the future

to spread the movement around the world.
